According to our investigation, Jane Sinorita Tjioe (徐菀羚), legal representative of Illumenates / 北京意羅美生物科技有限公司, in collaboration with Gregory Blake Becker, head of the U.S.-based The Putiye Corporation, and their associated app brand Emaginate, are suspected of jointly forging FDA-related certification documents. These forged materials have been used to carry out business fraud in multiple regions including China, Taiwan, Japan, Singapore,Vietnam, and Brazil.
To date, over 1,000 victims have been affected, with total financial losses estimated in the tens of millions of RMB, constituting a matter of extreme seriousness.
